GEDCO Hosts Client Open House with Special Guest Beckie Scott
GEDCO would like to thank everyone who attended their Annual Open House on Tuesday, April 27th at their office. GEDCO had close to 200 people attend and enjoyed great food, beverages and, of course, great company. GEDCO was proud to have Gold Medallist, Beckie Scott join the party again this year to share her exciting journey from Bronze to Gold!

Women in Seismic Announce Golf Tournament
The 4th Annual WiSE (Women in Seismic) Golf Tournament will be held Wednesday, August 18th, 2004 at Lakeside Greens Golf & Country Club – 8:00 a.m. Shotgun Start.
(Despite the fact that WiSE holds the record for the longest tournament round at Lakeside Greens, the golf course actually invited them back!)

Divestco Hosts Customer Appreciation at Divino’s Wine Bar
Divestco Inc. hosted its 4th annual customer appreciation at Divino’s Wine Bar on April 1st, 2004. The party was no April Fools Day joke as nearly 500 quests attended the special occasion to enjoy Divino’s appetizer and wine selection. One of the party highlights was the Oyster Bar on the second level, however, the International Cheese Table came in a close second.
Terry Barnhart, President of Divestco Inc., took an opportunity to announce Divestco’s “latest secrets” including 8 new software releases this spring 2004 such as the release of GeoCarta Tools for ESRI’s ArcGIS. Divestco would like to thank their valuable customers for attending the event and for their ongoing support.
Boyd PetroSearch Hosts Annual Crab Shack Party
Boyd PetroSearch held its 2nd Annual “Spring Breakup Blues” party at Booker’s BBQ Grill & Crab Shack on April 22nd, 2004. Despite the fact that the Calgary Flames playoff game against the Vancouver Canucks was on that evening, the Blues event was well attended by clients who shared in the fabulous food, drinks and music. We look forward to another Spring Breakup Blues party next year!
ICE 2004 Convention
The Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG), the Canadian Heavy Oil Association (CHOA) and the Canadian Well Logging Society (CWLS) will be hosting the 2004 Joint Conference – I.C.E. 2004, Innovation, Collaboration and Exploitation on May 31, 2004 to June 4th, 2004 at the Calgary Round Up Center.
