Mr. Seymour Epstein, Chairman of the Board of Kelman Technologies Inc. ("KTI") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David A. Richard to the position of Chief Executive Officer of KTI. The Board has also indicated its intention to nominate Mr. Richard as a candidate for election to the Board of Directors at the next annual general meeting of the shareholders.
