Mr Chernoff's mandate will be to expand and diversify the company's capabilities in marine and foothills type structural data processing and increase market awareness for the company's specialized processing infrastructure. Spectrum Energy and Information Technology Ltd. is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Doug Penrose to the seismic processing sales team based in Woking. His responsibilities will be to increase Spectrum's 3D processing business, with particular emphasis on the international market. Doug has a wealth if processing experience in both land and marine. TI1e majority of the last fifteen years had been spent in Assen Holland during which time he worked on a variety of surveys including 2D, 3D, transition zone, marine, and data from many areas of Europe.
