Although I was unable to attend I understand a good time was had by all at MAUREEN LARKAM’S “Farewell to Chevron” party. Maureen would like to thank all her friends (and that includes seismic brokers). It meant a lot to Maureen and she would especially like to thank Brenda Pedersen at Copyseis for all the hard work it took to organize the event.
DAVE ALDRIDGE has returned to the oil industry after completing a Ph.D. in geophysics at the University of British Columbia. He is now a research geophysicist at Chevron Oil Field Research Company in La Habra, California and is working on tomographic imaging of near surface velocities.
