Geophysical Micro Computer Applications (International) Ltd. Announces Name Change to NetDriven Solutions Inc.

Geophysical Micro Computer Applications (International) Inc. announced on March 7th, 2000 that it has changed its corporate name to NetDriven Solutions Inc. in order to properly reflect its new broad based technology focus.

Over the past year, GMA has successfully redirected its business focus toward the rapidly expanding technology industry. The acquisition by GMA in April 1999 of NRI On-line, one of the largest network enabled virtual data storage and distribution facilities in Canada, was GMA's initial step toward its change in focus. The acquisition of NRI also gave GMA 45 percent Ownership in InterBack Restore Ltd., an Internet-based, remote data back-up service company whose growth opportunities exist throughout a broad market of small and mid-sized companies, as well as with home-based computer users. The acquisition of NTI newspaper technologies by GMA in September 1999 is expected to provide GMA with access to international media markets.
