One print edition of the Recorder per year:

  • Published at Convention time (mid April release), plan 900 copies to be distrubuted to our members
  • RECORDER print edition Advertisers’ logos will also be displayed at CSEG Luncheons (September to year end 2019) and in the CSEG booth at GeoConvention

Digital Guidelines

Printing is off lithography; CMYK; Screen - 175 lines per inch. All digital files provided by advertiser must be high resolution: 300 dpi, and formatted as a maximum resolution CMYK PDF. Publication trim size 8.375” x 10.875”

*PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM BLEED OF .25” IS REQUIRED

Keep all critical or illustrative material at least .5” from final, trim including spread. Publisher reserves right to crop .125” from either side of all bleed ads to compensate for left or right hand page.

Pubset Material

A fee will be charged for any required production changes to supplied ads. Please contact the CSEG office for details.

Print Ad Placement

Terms & Conditions

Special Requests: Placement of each ad in the issue is assigned at the time of final layout. Preferences for positioning of ad, while not guaranteed, will be honoured within production limitations. Terms: 30 days net (no cash discount). Invoice dated on day of distribution. GST is an additional 5%. Rates are subject to change without notice. No agency discounts. Interest at 2% per month will be charged on all overdue accounts. Cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to issue date.
